I am getting rather lax now with my diet and it is showing in my weight gain. I had a lovely home made Lasagne at a new cafe we tried for lunch. I need to get off the carbs though so have a large Sirloin steak coated in the dripping I saved off my lamb chops yeaterday for my supper!  The cheap mince pies in the shops just now for 29p for six don't help eiither, but I rather like a bargain!

Beef stew in slow cooker and soon to be a beef joint put in the oven. I even bought some cheap frozen tatty mash to go with my stew (just a wee bit!) and bring back memories of school dinners!

L. Tin of carrot & coriander soup & some grapes.
D. Battered fish sandwich with tomato mayo.
All FREE apart from the fish (50p).
