Tuna bake this evening.

Some beef mince to use up so probably smashburgers shared with kato?

Round to the neighbours for a New Year’s Day roast . Followed by stout cake ( if it works, apparently it’s the first time it’s been attempted). I’m providing the starter puff pastry Christmas tree filled with cream cheese and smoked salmon.

B. Tinned mandarin oranges , granola & yogurt
L. YS Taramasalata (25p), lettuce, rocket, giant mustard and mizuna leaves in a cheesey bread roll
An apple from the garden
D. Fried courgette slices in batter, added some mushroomes to the remaining batter (they looked like slugs!) and experimented with frying mozzarella .(It melted!).

All FREE except the Tarama, granola & yogurt.

Was peckish at supper time (must be all these press ups!) so had some Spam slices dipped in egg and fried!

Fish, chips and mushy peas this evening.

I have rump,sirloin & ribeye in the fridge  but because it's fishy Friday and I fancy a trip out, I will get some fish from Morries to go with one of them?

Cured meat, smoked salmon and other stuff     

Scrambled eggs on toast in Morries cafe at lunchtime. Because it is Fishy Friday and because Fridays are 20% off fish at Morries I bought smoked Haddock and smoked mackerel fillets and had them with Konjac eggy rice for tea. For supper I had three breakfaat burgers.
