Not sure tonight. Definitely beef. Either steak again but with pasta or fried rice. Or chilli with very finely diced beef. What ever we don’t have tonight will probably be what we have tomorrow.

I was going to leave it until tomorrow to post todays meals but I Have had all I will have to eat now for today.I am also forgetful so I had better put it into words now!
For lunch I had three pork chops cooked with apple sauce, with three scrambled buttered eggs!
I have some pork mince and didn't know what to do with it, so I blagged it! I added an egg, smoked paprika, Italian herbs and parsley and formed into small meatballs.
Shared them with Kato (Funny he never shares his dinner!) His had grated Double Gloucester cheese over it and mine had some passatta then grated cheese over it. Another successful meal which I will deffo try again in the future (must buy some more Italian Herbs!)

For Brunch I shared a YS Burratta cheese with Kato and have a couple of lamb chops cooking in the air fryer now for a late lunch.
I have decided to make an old fashioned meat centric stew for ron. I had some fatty steak which I have chopped up into chunks and rather than waste my 5p veggies from Crimbo, I also chopped up a couple of carrots and half a small swede. All are now bubbling away nicely in the slow cooker.
My daughter got a Ninja cooker for Crimbo so I got her old air fryer. I now have three air fryers, one in the motorhome and two in the house. This maeans that I can cook my lamb chops in one fryer but at the same time cook Kato's chicken legs in tuther! Jobs a goodun!

Last night we finished off the chilli. Had it with nachos.
Tonight we’re having steak with pasta in a cream & spinach sauce.
