24 hours into a 40 hour food fast so the only thing that could be classed as food I suppose was a bulletproof coffee this morning and a horlicks this evening.

Mainly for autophagy but just put 'Fasting benefits' into a search and you will be amazed at what good it can do! Waiting until 12.00 noon to break my fast of 40 hours. Got a nice sirloin steak & eggs to look forward to.

A whole pack of cooking bacon done in air fryer (and jiggled about numerous times to get it all browned and crispy) along with four eggs fried in lard and some black pudding done in the other air fryer................all for lunch.
For ron there is a ribeye steak with my name on it in the fridge? unless I go for a kebab night with kato? We'll see?
