I am getting rather lax now with my diet and it is showing in my weight gain. I had a lovely home made Lasagne at a new cafe we tried for lunch. I need to get off the carbs though so have a large Sirloin steak coated in the dripping I saved off my lamb chops yeaterday for my supper!
The cheap mince pies in the shops just now for 29p for six don't help eiither, but I rather like a bargain!
