B. Seeded bread with apricot jam & a pear
L. Toasted ciabatta topped with tomato pesto & grated mozzarella & an apple.
D. Smoked tofu, marinated in soy sauce and breadcrumbed. Shallow fried with some baby sweetcorn and carrot shreds and some jalapeno chilli jam.
All except the tofu was free and that was YS (74p and its enough for 4 meals).
