2025 - Today's Recipe

For brekkie, yogurt then bulletproof coffee, which saw me though to teatime.

At teatime I had YS smoked mackeral fillets followed by YS Rump steak & scrambled eggs.I atcually cooked off two YS steaks and may have the other cold before bedtime?

B. Stewed apple, granola & honey yogurt
L. YS Vegan sausage roll & tomatoes. Tangerine.
D. Battered Fish finger sandwiches.

Other half of last night’s pizza

Brekkie was Greek yoghurt & blueberies.

Fancied some steak & fried onions at lunchtime so chooped up a massive onion from allotment and fried it in smoked bacon grease. Chopped up a rump steak I had cooked yeaterday and added it to onions a couple of minutes from end.

Probably going away in motorhome later so not sure what I will have fo ron?

Travelled to Townfoot Farm Motorhome Park at Shilbottle, Alnwick and just about to make smashburgers with cheese to share with Kato!

L. Salmon paste & lettuce sandwiches with tomatoes. An apple.
D. Veggie burger with some sort of spiced potatoes from the bottom of the freezer. Use by Sept 6 - not sure which year but its not 2025.

Last night was fridge leftovers. He had the curry, I had the pasta. Tonight not a clue what yet.

Greek yoghurt for brekkie then moved motohome to a nice parkup by the river at Rothbury where I had Sausage and fried  eggs (with a few olives added) for lunch. 
Nice walk along the riverside with Kato then moving to a wooded area at Thropton where I have some YS Katsu chicken curry to heat up eaten with cream crackers and lashings of butter.

Last night was fridge leftovers. He had the curry, I had the pasta. Tonight not a clue what yet.

The not a clue turned into chilli & rice.
