Seriously, though, thanks for the good wishes, we're having another day out to IOW (using up some discount vouchers that expire tomorrow) . It's a bit overcast but bright ish.

It is, it's one of my favourites. Mine is a Nigella Lawson recipe, it has lovely icing.
My actual birthday cake was a blonde chocolate cheesecake, extremely moreish.
