Yesteday I cooked off a £3.00 pork joint from Morries. I had half of it sliced and was full so put the rest in the fridge. In the evening I had a tin of meatballs in bologneses sauce as I couldn't be arsed to cook.
Today is shopping day so gawd knows what I have to eat, although I have the rest of the pork joint in the fridge along with , beast of lamb and rump steaks that need using up?

I had a small breakfast at a cheapish clean cafe before shopping.
I've just eaten the remains of the pork joint with crackling that I cooked yeaterday. Sliced and eaten cold (with fingers) off my wooden chopping board with Bramley apple sauce. i actually think I prefer it cold from the fridge rather than hot from the oven?
For Ron I picked up an orange sticker chicken Korma from Lidl.
