Didn't have the liver yesterday so will have it today. Had meatballs instead with some of my favourite at the moment, marinara sauce in a squirty bottle. I might have some tandoori lamb chops bought yesterday for ron as well?

^^^^^^^ Change of plan.  I decided to experiment and had liver with bacon and sliced up chorizo sausage added close to the end of cooking. Added my squirty Marinara sauce and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. Still lots left for ron.
