Just had this oyster dish as a starter. As Bob was given some freshly picked oysters yesterday.

Followed by cheese on toast. As we only had 3 oysters each.

Followed by cheese on toast. As we only had 3 oysters each. I might give that a go as I noticed they had what looked like nice oysters in Morries the other day and they were reasonably cheap! I've never had them fried?

Fresh salmon fillets with scrambld buttred eggs earlier .For supper i had a couple of cheese filled Koftas with cottage cheese and a piece of Wensleydale with apricots.
Of course Kato shared everything with me and even ate the salmon skin! He loves cottage cheese but doesnt usually like fish?

A tin of spam with pickle and cottage cheese for brekkie. Tea time I had a yellow sticker half price butter chicken meal which I wasn't to keen on and even Kato turned his nose up at it!
I have just made some more Biltong which I seem to have got the hang of now! Two flavours of beef, one of my usual salt and pepper and one of a chinese taste similar to char su. (Still prefer the original salt and pepper though) I might try a BBQ flavour next time
I munch on this throughout the day whenever I would normally reach for the biscuit barrel!
