Yesteray was,sausages,YS minted lamb chops,fried eggs,black pudding and courgette.
Today will either be steak and eggs or mince and eggs,haven't decided yet?..........oh yes and some YS asparagus possibly?

B. I made strawberry jam earlier this week but it didn't set so I cooked it up with some blackberries, raspberries & rhubarb and I'll have it on my granola for breakfast.
L. Cheese salad - all the usual veg, and a tangerine.
D. Vegan "bacon" with mushrooms and fried rice.
All FREE.

L. Banana & peanut butter on toasted bread (it was very stale!)
D. Stirfried vegan bacon, mushrooms, courgette & egg fried rice.

D. Very similar to lunch - ciabatta topped with Mozzarella & sliced tomato and grilled - pseudo pizza.
