Steak and scrambled eggs done in garlic butter! I was a bit apprehensie but it was quite tasty so I now know I can take the other three sealed cubes of butter to cook my breakfasts on my Isle of Rum adventure this wekend!

L. Beetroot, lettuce tomato, mixed seeds and cheese salad
D. Spiced couscous with cooked tomatoes.

We’re having the same as last night. Veg curry, bulked up with more veg and having it with rice this evening.

I have been eatng rubbishy carb laden fast food for the last few days whilst hiking, wild camping and fishing.
Tomorrow after some shopping for meat will get back on carnivore!
