For lunch today some mussels,then four grilled minted chops. Still hungry, so some jalapeno spiced belly pork in air fryer now.

B. Porridge, Blueberries & yogurt
L. Marmite on toast
Chocolate cookies
D. Leftover lasagne with tenderstem broccoli, mushrooms and three cornered leeks.
All FREE except the Marmite which costs pennies for the amount I use.

Nothing for me today as it's a fasting day for me. My daughter purchased four containers of chicken legs at half price from Aldi (for Kato,but having cooked one lot up, I may break my fast with some tomorrow!) and two lots of fish. I have finally got round to chucking veg out of freezer to make room for them.
