Looks like an azalea of some sort. I’d wait for an answer from someone who knows what they’re talking about. Not just guessing like me.

Hello thanks. I thought it looked like that but also thought Azaleas had more leaves than that at this time of year.

My (now dead) azalea looked like that, all flowers no leaves til later, but unfortunately it was on its way out.
