The little island restaurant menu today
Lunch- Fried Fish Fingers Focaccia sandwich with Fries , Fruit Salad.
Evening meal - Fillet of Flounder , Fennel in a Fromage Frais sauce , French beans.
Followed by Fig Frangipane
Menu rate 13 (11 if cooking technique (fried) and cuts (fillet) are not included)

Fondue with Freshly picked Florence Fennel.
Homemade Fish Fingers wrapped in Filo pastry and Flash Fried
Followed by Fresh Figs with Frangipane and Fondant Fancies

Breakfast - Frittata and a Frappé
Lunch - Four cheese Fettucini with Frisé, French sorrel, Feta and Feijoa salad
Dinner - Filet mignon Fried with Field mushrooms accompanied by a bean medly (French, Flat and Fava beans) and French Fries
Dessert - Fresh Fruit Flummery
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

Am I the only one of we three Restauranteers that has a mental block when we change letters. Tomorrow's G is puzzling me now!
I try not to read anyone's menus before I post mine as I don't want to be accused of copying!

I try not to read anyone's menus before I post mine as I don't want to be accused of copying! Definitely not alone. I usually right down random meals being with the following days letter, as I think of them. Then try and make it into an edible meal on the day. I’ve not done that for G . I may be some time before I have a menu today.

Half a Galia melon, filled with Green Ginger wine
Goan Goat or Fish curry with Grated Garlic and Ginger paste and lots of Greens
Gooseberry and Greengage crumble
Cheese board - Gorgonzola, Goats cheese and Grapes

Today’s menu
Lunch- Gravaglax with a green salad. With a refreshing glass of grape juice
Starter - Gazpacho served with Granary crisp
Palate cleanser- Grapefruit sorbet
Main - Guinea fowl cooked in a Galangal & Ginger Ghee with Gnocchi and steamed Greens.
Pudding- Black Forest Gateau
