2020/21 - Tonight’s recipe

Left over chicken curry & rice, add some chips and onion rings, happy days

Chicken and mushroom curry using leftover chicken rice and nan. Trusty side salad has a day off☺

Pasta sauce - blond lentils, shallots, garlic, courgettes, aubergine, tomatoes (from a tin, mon dieu !) and loads of basil.

Gonna try some sort of courgette, mushroom, and rice bake tonight with old trusty on the side

Homemade burgers and rolls with a mixed green salad, radishes,spring onions and nasturtiums flowers.

Slow roast breast of lamb,home grown pots and runners plus the obligatory garlic and mint butter

I love, really love breast of lamb, enjoy☺

This evening we’re having fish chips and mushy peas from the chippy.

Chicken breast, baked onions in cheese sauce and peas

Goan fish curry & rice.
