Tonight its just beans on toast, not had this for a long time.
Last night it was mainly out of the garden: roasted butternut squash, roast parsnips with a veg, tomato and quinoa mix.

B 7 Seeded bread & plum jam 2

L. Lettuce and rocket salad with coleslaw 2
Sourdough doughnut
D Farfalle pasta with mushrooms, butterbeans and Tuna in chilli oil. I stirfried the mushrooms and beans in the chilli oil before adding them to the pasta. Plenty left for a couple more meals.
All FREE apart from the mushrooms.
