I take it you can eat mushrooms now, SC? 
Sourdough bread & free marmalade = 1
Smoked cheese, mayonnaise sachets, Iceberg lettuce and GH rocket = 2
YS Salmon (57p), leftover potato and stir-fried kale from the garden = 1

I made a slow cook beef rendang today, 5 hours in the slow cooker with my own onions, potatoes and coconut milk with rendang paste. It was lovely with some boiled basmati rice.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

I really wish I could grow mushrooms - they're so useful at bulking up a meal............and yes, I have tried several times without much success.
