I love the smell of pine and spruce, but I associate the smell with cleaning products, so I'm really not sure I'd like to taste it!

I associate it with happy holidays drinking Retsina in Greece. 
Occasionally, I pick some Scots pine needles to make tea but I've never thought of treating them like rosemary and cooking with them.

No Christmas tree here just holly on the mantle piece and I don’t fancy eating that.
