Roast pork dinner today with sprouts,red cabbage,sweet potato and carrots.  I may even go into the garden and see if the blackbirds have left me any apples to make some sauce with?

Chicken in the slow cooker with star anise and lemon, with mash, home made gravy, yorkshires, broccoli and cauliflower. Beef stew in the other slow cooker for tomorrow's meal, and my lunches

L. A big slice of sourdough bun covered in redcurrants and something (it was in my free pastry selection)
D. Sourdough foccaccia topped with crispy onions and herbs.
I wonder whether I'll end up looking like a lump of sourdough?
