This morning - breezy and sunny - enough to dry some washing and some pottering in the garden; this afternoon cold, bitterly cold.

Lovely sunny day through the window...clear blue skies and bladdy cold over the plots

We've got fog here, a bit cooler than of late at about 5 overnight, but outside it feels damp, dank and chilly. I expect V has sunshine looking at the forecast last night. 30° in the gh?

Fog first then sunshine and now its fog again.
This morning I couldn't see the end of the garden, the fog was so thick. A local man posted some photos from his viewpoint on top of the hill, looking down across the city, which was covered in a cotton wool blanket. Above, the sky was a beautiful clear blue and the local was in the sun.
I've just come from Morries and the fog was down to the 6th floor of the nearby office block, Very strange to see and I knew that, driving home, I'd be going uphill through the fog line.

It's been a very icy damp mist here all day. Very cold when I stepped outside but I was actually getting fairly toasty while I was working in the garden, even though I wasn't doing anything particularly heavy.
Formerly self-contained, but expanding my gardening horizons beyond pots!

Yesterday was remarkably foggy and when I went to get my PCR test today (cause I was caught by Track and Trace from the plane!), the Humber bridge was hanging into a ground blanket of fog. I could only see the very top part of the bridge from afar. It was beautiful but very odd to see.
