I'm a founder member but I do like following the rules up to certain extent, then get to the 'oh bu**er it" stage.

Started the day with Bob helping level the last shelf on the herb stand. My lift to work arrived so we didn’t get it completely finished. After work and untangling a sheep’s horn (still attached to the sheep ) from a fence and getting an owie . I started rewriting herb labels. Then rain stopped play.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

Planted some sprouting root ginger. Planted a supermarket crate with "spring" onions (the ones that come in bunches from the shop). I've had them rooting in a tub of water for a few weeks and had intended planting them in the veg plot - but, the soil is too dry so I moved to Plan B - the Portable Garden.
Sowed carrot and beetroot seeds in the cucumber pots - doubling my chances of getting something edible from them.
Did some weeding, as usual. - docks, nettles, cleavers and enchanter's nightshade.

Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.
