It looks like an impressionist painting in the background.
No such luck, just an out of focus wet and rainy front view.

You can search to see who grows/sells flowers locally to you. There are only 3 near me but I won't be setting up as a 4th.
Just had a look at this link as I’m going to attempt the odd cut bunch of flowers this year. I stopped reading when I got to this sentence.
Start with tulips in the spring, harvesting the whole bulb and throwing it away after the flower has been brought indoors.

This wasteful attitude really winds me up    Angry . What’s wrong with replanting the bulb or just cutting the tulip and leaving the bulb in place.
Maybe it’s me! Maybe I care to much about the plant or the insects & animals that benefit from them. This year , as with my trial run last year. I’ll never strip a plant of all its open blooms in one hit. Definitely not going to be ripping up bulbs just to make some pocket money!
I've grown tulips for several years now and would never consider leaving the bulbs in after using them as cut flowers. They definitely do not grow back. Did you have many tulips return from yours?
I have found it a complete waste of growing space and a waste of water etc.

I have started buying in the doubles only for cutting as when they open they are quite a statement. I did a wedding two weeks ago - all seasonal flowers. The bride and bridesmaids bouquets were tulips and hellebores.

This is my 3rd jam jar full this year. The first one with the right conditions to photograph.

All have gone to the cafe.

I have these at the allotment which are bonny but don't really want to cut them. I've no idea what they are?
