We have finished walls up  Big Grin . Our plant room/ store cupboard has walls. We’ve gone with finished ply rather than plaster board on the recommendation from our air source heat pump engineer. Next job is get the floor down and part of the ceiling up. Then he can come and finish the heat pump install.

Before      After

During. Cutting proper straight lines ( first time for everything   Wink )
Ply got glued and nailed in place

Cupboard looks bigger now you can’t see through it. Which seems a little odd . I’m very excited too do more. Unfortunately I have 3 days work to do before I can play on the house again.

That's a fantastic birthday present, SC. What more could a girl ask for than a cupboard of her own. Big Grin

So yesterday Bob had quite an exciting full on day. Firstly he went to look at a digger. Over Inverness direction.
This came home with him

After he got home with the digger , walked the dogs and was off out again to go and collect his bees.      . So about 8.30 last night he came home and introduced the bees to their new home.

I got to see the new members of the family and the digger this morning. I wasn’t even remotely interested last night as I’d finished a 3 day stint in the cafe. Which was stupidly busy for this time of year!

What a wonderful day for you both - though I'm most excited by the bees. Big Grin They're going to love your garden (once the digger stops being noisy. Big Grin

I think I'm more interested in the digger, I wouldn't know what to do with bees. Does Bob have a trailer that brought the digger home. My cartoon imagination has the image of Bob driving the digger from Inverness to Mull, with ferry inbetweenBig Grin

He went with a friend, who knows considerably more about diggers than Bob. So it came back on his trail. But Bob does have a trail it will fit on , just. But I don’t think it will be going anywhere until we sell it when we’ve done all the jobs we have for it. It’ll probably get sold to the friend that went with Bob to look at it.  Big Grin
