B. Apple, granola & yogurt
L. Cheese sandwich with jalapeno chilli jam - homemade bread!
D. Salmon in a sweet chilli sauce, baby potatoes from the garden & tenderstem broccoli.
All FREE except the granola, yogurt & cheese.

Greek 10% fat yoghurt for brekkie. Fo lunch Kato and I had homemade smashburgers with grated cheese. Kato had one and a half burgers and I had two and a half burgers with Habaneo mayonaise and sliced pickled gerkins. I added garlic ganules and some dried basil to the mix befoe forming burgers. I was a bit woried this would put Kato off but he didn't seem to notice it? He did run for a drink after cadging half a burger off me? ( It must have been the Habaneo maryonaise)

(No pun intended)  The chilli jam was FREE, of course, so thought I should try it. I have quite a few freebies with Chillies in for when I'm feeling courageous/desperate. I do make bread once in a while, in a breadmaker, of course. May be doing it more frequently in October, unless I can acquire some FREE bread.

...............Forgot to mention, I have now filleted the rainbow trout I caught yesteday and will have it with scambled eggs for supper after a Boxing & a Barre session this evening.
