Managed to find four pollock fillets nestled in the freezer. After cooking in oven for half an hour I may cover them with passata and bung them back in for another 5 minutes?
Just got back from fishing in storm Dave and couldn't understand why I was the ony one at the waters edge?
Hoped to catch a Good Friday fish, but will have to make do with the frozen pollock!
