Do they all taste the same?

Sprouts. Definitely all taste the same. Carrots as well , I think. Lots of different shapes & colours. Taste the same.

But I still grow different varieties of both. Not to extend the season but because I like the different colours, shapes in my garden and on my plate.

Agree about shop bought carrots but don't our home grown ones taste so much better? Although we are promised by the seed packet blurb that this particular variety is the sweetest.
