Just finished my 100 push ups for today in four blocks of 25. I have been putting off doing them because a double session of boxing and a very hard session of Barre last night has left me aching. I know the Barre excercises are good for the pelvic floor but doing a lot of 'split' type excercises last night have had their effects felt today. 
The push up board with handles has multiple positions so I used three different ones finishing with a normal hands on the floor pressups. I have found the position that is supposed to strengthen the back is the easiest for me, which is good, as the archery I am doing relies on back/shoulder muscles!
Only three days to gp before challenge is finished!
