It's been a few days since I posted on this thread and I thought I would let you know I am still percevering!
I have got into a rythm of trying to complete the 100 press ups in as little time as possible in a single session. I thought it would get easier as I went on but that is only minimally true? 
The time of day I do them has varied also because my frame of mind is different from day to day. I usually do them after one of Kato's walks but if the weather is horrible outdoors the last thing I fancy doing on return is press ups. I also like to do them on an empty stomach as sometimes after a meal all I want to do is chill for a time.
I feel it must be doing me a bit of good, but my weight has went up this month and I would like to think this is muscle build up?, but somehow I doubt it.
Into February I will probably carry on but to a lesser degree?
Lastly, a big Thankyou to all my sponsors as I have now exceded the goal I set myself of raising £150 for cancer research and still have six days to go!
