Hopefully, a big change of routine today on my seventh day, if I can manage it? I've decided after a couple of sets of 20 press ups yesterday without too much bother, to switch it up to a minimum of 20. This will mean only five sets to do a day. I have already accounted for a set on each of Kato's two dog walks, a set first thing after getting out of bed and a set just before bed.
I've just got back from Kato's first walk and did 20 first thing in bathroom then 20 outdoors with Kato. Seems to be a plan for the moment and that only leaves another 20 press ups to do at any moment through the day or evening?
Abs a bit painful this morning from an abs workout a couple of days ago, but should be ok once I get back into a rhythm (had to look up the spelling?)
As an aside, and nothing to do with this thread, I have just signed up for a four week archery course. I used to love playing bows and arrows as a kid (usually ones we had made ourselves from the woodland. Brings back memories of a secret woodland haunt which had trees Ideal for making bows and arrows.
It will be interesting seeing how I get on with a Recurve Bow with sights (Is that not cheating? Robin Hood didn't have sights)
