No breakfast today and yellow sticker sirloin steak and rump steak (had to have em!)
for lunch with scrambled eggs and an avocado.
Plenty of meat/fish in fridge and freezer for ron but would like to abstain if possible? as I am trying to lose a few pounds in weight!
