Aurora
Early Bush tomato - weighing in at 102g.
- heavy cropper. This lot (966g) came from 2 plants and I've been picking them for several weeks. Have been growing Aurora for a few years and its one of my must grows. However, this year it suffered from Blossom End Rot at the start - although this hasn't been a problem since. I blame myself for not getting the watering regime right during the hot spell earlier this year. This won't stop me growing it again next year but I'll try harder with the watering.
It just the right size for a sandwich - and the taste is good.
