This evening I’m taking over the cafe and feeding a small group of friends. Because I can’t entertain in the caravan and I feel I need to repay them for all the times they’ve fed us. It’s also show casing potential dishes for the cafe menu if boss lady likes them.
Deep fried Brie on a toasted ciabatta slice with fig chutney and a green salad
Followed by a posh chicken burger. Which is a chicken breast in a seasoned coating. In a brioche bun with avocado, tomato, lettuce , cheese and garlic mayo. Served with a potato salad, green salad and a basil dressing.
Dessert is a strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake. Which is now in the fridge (hopefully setting).
