Breakfast was three Koftas and some sweet pickled herring.
For tea I had belated Rabbie Burns fodder of Haggis, Neeps & gravy. I didn't realise I had missed Burns Night last night and already had the haggis I bought a week ago, so why not? Plenty left for my supper and it was rather enjoyable, if I do say so mesell!
Apparently it was a North East dish hundreds of years before Burns extolled it's virtues and the Scots stole it from us!
