Fishy Friday so I made Carnivore fishcakes with tinned salmon, egg and homemade Panko instead of flour. I had peviously made pork scratchings from rind but it was hard to chew so I ground it up and made panko.
I had a box of air fried Lidl fishfingers (80p) with it as I had forgot to freeze them.
Not carnivore but a handful of Jalapeno's spiced it up a bit!
