Today was 'refill' day after missing out yesterday. Butterd eggs for brekkie then after an excercise class, ribeye,butter and YS salmon. To top it off I had some beef mince which I had cooked for tomorrows use,but seeing as I was still a bit peckish had some of this (shared with Kato of course!) as well.
