For lunch I had braising steak. Supposed to be cooked for 2.5 to 3 hours. Mine was done in the frying pan for 5 minutes. Nice and chewy with a big dollop of butter to go with it.
I also cooked offf some pork scratchings. I have found the best way is to deep fry in lard then finish off in the air fryer!
