Cooking bacon and fried eggs for lunch and in deference to fishy Friday I had mackerel fillets in spicy tomato sauce with it. I only ever buy cooking bacon now as it's cheap, (89p I think?) it's tasty, chopped up and done for fifteen minutes in air fryer and I get three meals from it! 
Decided I was still hungry so I am going to have fried black pudding with slow cooked steak and mushrooms poured over it for an erly dinner (5.30)
