'Dirty' scarmbled eggs for elevenses. 
Fried two handfulls of frozen beef & Pork mince, put to one side,added buter to pan and fried up a chopped small red onion and added to mince. Added more butter to pan and added five beaten eggs. Once partly cooked added mince & onions back into pan and scrambled the lot!
I added scrambled eggs to a large bowl and added Himalayan salt and a couple of teaspoons of dried chilli's. Tbh it looked disgusting, but tasted devine!
Deffo be making it again in the near future!
