Two yellow sticker items that were perfectly suited to each other. 
Cajun flavoured chicken with Chinesse veg stir fry. I even splashed out 25p on an oyster & spring onion sauce to go with the stir fry. 
My Doctors will be happy as they want me to cut down on red meat and eat lots of vegetables (which I do already!)
