I had a breadmaker but it gave up the ghost! Sick

It wasn't until after that, that I discovered the pleasure in mking bread the old fashioned way Smile

. I enjoy the kneading and proving process as much as the baking. Rolleyes

Another advantage is that I can make any type/shape of loaf I like and I am not confined to single size & shape. Huh

PS And it allows me to don my butchers apron or Vinnys Pinny as Veggie calls it! Big Grin
