Boiled up my foraged blackberries along with my home grown apples to use as a pie filling. I intend freezing it so I can make pies at my leisure but it seems a wee bit watery and I don't want soggy bottoms to my pies. 
Google says I should add a bit of flour, but don't particularily want to boil it up again? Suppose I'll have to though.
