Had mince & onion with brocolli and fries for lunch. Had quite a bit mince & Onion left over so added a chopped red & green fresh jalapaeno,some raisins, a chopped apple, kidney beans and chopped tomatoes to make a chilli with microwave rice.
It was OK but a bit of a wussie chilli when all came to all!
Must try harder in future.
