Will it all go to waste or will your daughter benefit?

Picked two sorts of rocket, Oriental mustard, Mibuna, pea shoots and some sort of very frilly, purple-leafed plant from a packet of mixed salad leaves.

Will it all go to waste or will your daughter benefit? It could be either really, it depends whetherI am prepared to get off my arse and harvest it? I think she will utilise anything I harvest though? The things I mentioned are harvestable now but only account for about half of what I have growing, including garlic, elephant garlic, lots of onions and lots of broad bean plants and of course strawbs and soft fruit.. I have very few empty beds and those are where I grew flowers only.
She run's a waterside Deli called the Galley, so if there is too much she can easily utilise it at the cafe?
