A full English before shopping this morning.
Bought two chicken crowns and a half spatchcock chicken fon a 'three for a tenner' at Morries. Cooked off one of the chicken crowns with Greek seasoning and shared it with Kato for tea.

L. Cottage cheese & Marmite rolls with tomatoes.
D. Fish in batter (62p) with mushrooms and mashed potato and onions.

Fatty pork slices for dinner (£2.05) and tiny brisket joint for supper (£4.20). I'm not eating as cheaply as Veggie but I am happy with what my diet costs!

B. Toast & strawberry jam
L. Tortillas, spread with cottage cheese, chopped gherkins, lettuce and tomatoes
A tangerine or two.
D. Leftover battered fish (63p) with sliced, floured & shallow fried Tromba and baked beans
Chocolate cake for later.
All FREE except the fish. If you're observant you'll notice that it "cost" 1p more than yesterday.That's because it was £1.25 for 2 and halfpennies no longer count as currency,
