B. Toast & Marmite
L. Missed it but had some Chocolate Fudge cake later
D. Mixed some cooked red lentils with leftover carrot, parsnip & potato mash, plus some chopped mushrooms and spring onions, shaped them into "burgers" coated with flour and shallow fried them. Eaten with Red onion chutney.
All except the Marmite was FREE. 
The Moneyless Chicken says:-

Ours will be either something YS (it's shopping day) or sausage patties, eggs, chips and beans for him, veg and cauliflower rice for me.
