I had a pork belly joint for supper last night. Kato got mostly the crackling that was too hard for me to crunch.
Today will be smashburgers and cheese made from part of a huge bag of frozen mince I need to seperate and defrost. Maybe bacon and eggs either before as lunch, or after as supper?

Finished uo with a bit of experimentation. The mince was well frozen so put enough for four smashburgers in a bowl to defrost. I had two packs of bacon with use by date today so cooked those off.
With the bacon I had black pudding and an expeimental scrambled eggs with curry powder, butter, and cottage cheese. Wasn't too bad and very filling, Kato of course got his share.

We loved it. Dad wouldn't have anything to do with that new fangled cut bread!
I also hadn't tasted butter until I was married. I love butter now but haven't eaten bread in over five years!

Last night afte ecercising I couldn't be botheed to make the smashburgers so me and Kato had a 'Donar Kebab night' He looks fowad to his donar kebab!
Because of the carb content (and because it has the appeal of a piece of soggy cardboard) I dont eat the pitta bread. Kato usually licks any meat juices off it but he wont eat it either!
