I had  couple of Morries steak slices when I was out shopping.

Whilst shopping I spotted some duck livers which I have never tasted before! At half pice (£1.00) I thought I would give them a go so I cooked a big plateful up with a chopped onion. They resemble a cross between chicken livers and lambs liver in taste and texture. I dont think I would buy them again as I prefer lambs liver. There was eally too much for one persons meal and I struggled to get though them. At the rpice I paid I wasnt going to split them into two meals though! Rolleyes

Note: Kato wouldn't have ate them either as for some reason he doesn't like any liver???? Strange canivore that he is! Rolleyes

Fo brunch I had cauliflowe cheese with extra cheese on top. I had it with a topside steak which was as tuff as auld boots! Sick

Teatime I've had some belly pork cut into chunks and mixed with some Gyro spices my daughter brought back from Greece, cooked in air fryer. Very tasty, and Kato thought so too! Rolleyes

Leftover roast chicken maybe with cheesy pasta, chard and something else. It was going to be carrots but I forgot to pull any and now it's raining. Not going to get wet for carrots.
