B. Plums and an apple. Cherry plum jam on toast.
L. Avocado, cucumber, tomato and lettuce salad.
D. Vegan Southern fried thingy with lemon and coriander couscous and jalapeno chilli relish.
All FREE

I know that Aldi's mince lasts longer because it is vaccumn packed but I much prefer Morries version which isn't? Shaerd Aldi's cooked mince (chopped onion added) with Kato and had a load of grated cheese on top of his and mine.

Steak and eggs fried in the motohome. ( I maybe shouldn't temp fate but I have used the same gas bottle for well ove a year in the motorhoe for cooking and sometimes heating and it's still going stong!)

B. An apple and some raspberries as I wandered round the garden, followed by plums, granola & yogurt.
L. Cheese and tomato rolls.
D. Prawns, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce and couscous salad.
FREE except the granola, yogurt & YS cheese.
